When it comes to most problems, we usually highly recommend preventive methods over reactive. But if you're already knee-deep in an issue you don't have that option. You have to figure out a way to get out of it.
Which is why we made part 2 of our 2 part series on avoiding and recovering from burnout. This episode, part two, is all about recovering from burnout.
If you haven't already checked it out, you absolutely should go check out episode 1 (it's essentially the required reading for this series), but know that this is easily one of the most important episodes we have ever put out. When you are a small team (aka a band) burnout can be the death of your band. One key member crashing can mean that all progress grinds to a halt, so knowing how to spot it, and how to fix it could literally save your career.
