Imposter Syndrome is probably a term that you've heard before. And if you're like other musicians, it's probably also something you've experienced, even regularly.
Unfortunately, we tend to care about what other people think of us, and that destructive train of thought usually also leads us to start comparing ourselves to others - which can cause us to start questioning our qualifications, abilities, and even our purpose on earth.
In a nutshell, imposter syndrome can stop you in your tracks and completely derail your career if you're not careful.
Luckily, it's also pretty easy to spot and, with the right techniques and support, it's also easy to deal with.
In this episode we discuss different types of imposter syndrome that you may or may not relate to, to try and help you identify the clues that the doubt you're feeling is in fact imposter syndrome.
