Most often we think that addiction is something we can see, yet did you know that we can be addicted to our own thoughts and emotions?

Yep... Its a real thing and today I am going to explain it all why and how you maybe addicted to your own thoughts... I am a recovering addict. 

Stress, guilt, doubt, shame, fear, hoplessness are all addictions.  Don't worry there is a way out and I will tell you how you can start recovering from the addiction of your own thoughts and start to heal your mind and body from stress.
