Bertina is on a mission to advance equity in the tech industry and disrupt the status quo to build a more inclusive workplace. A Berkeley trained engineer with a Harvard MBA, Bertina was a big shot business woman who had an epiphany and now runs a non-profit dedicated to inspiring interest in IT professions, building tech skills, and launching successful careers for youth from traditionally underserved communities and for military veterans.
