Shan Winstead, a proud lifetime resident of Philadelphia, Mississippi and Neshoba County, joins the County Line to further the discussion surrounding school consolidation in Neshoba County.
As a product of the public education system in Neshoba County, Shan possesses a unique perspective having served as a business owner and former NCSD school board member. As a student, Shan attended Philadelphia and Neshoba Central, ultimately graduating from the latter.
Shan currently operates an auto restoration business in Neshoba County after years of owning Shan's Paint and Body in Philadelphia.
