Joey Blute is the head coach for Tampa Bay Damage who just won the NXL Lone Star Open event in Dallas. He was an integral part of Damage's early success but in 2013 he had to step away from the team, and in that time Damage struggled to find another win. The team brought him back at the end of 2018 - also bringing back Keith Brown with their sights on another championship run. This has been years in the making and things finally came together in Dallas. The team looks stronger than ever and they have a culture that is rare to find.
