Do you ever find yourself wanting to change something about yourself but you just don't know how. There are things we can only see when we slow down. But even when we see what we need to change we lack the motivation to do anything about it. We can get the umph to change from a healthier spiritual life.
This week we are looking at the topic of being intentional about your spiritual life. This means having a plan for your spiritual life through moments of pause in your day to connect with God through prayer, Reading of a spiritual book, saying the Rosary or attending mass (even if only online these days).
The take-aways are many; peace, calm, better relationships, better & happier me, regaining perspective.. but to name a few... It is possible for the busiest of women! Listen up for more!
