About Arun Kohli
Arun is an accomplished C-suite expert with 35 years of experience in challenging environments and cultures. He fosters a strong conviction that leaders should actively engage in developing their people to higher levels, and that is what brought him to coaching.
After an assignment in China, he returned to Germany to work as an executive coach. An enormous ambiguity about what a coach and coaching is existed and became the major determinant in developing a new business. In 2016, after 5 years of scientific research, he published his findings in his book, “Effective Coaching…” This enabled him to achieve effective results within a few short meetings and relieve his potential clients of binding long contracts.
Focused on leaders and top managers his clients are many renown international corporations, who remain indebted to him for his exceptional work in executive coaching and intercultural trainings.
