About Dr. Carolina Kleebaur
Dr. Carolina Kleebaur is an accredited and internationally active Executive Coach. Her aim is to support organizations, teams, and managers through transformational phases such as corporate programs, change management initiatives or individual and/or professional development phases.
Carolina holds a PhD in organizational psychology. After her Master Studies in Sociology, Psychology, and Communication Science, she started her career as a management consultant, i.e. at Roland Berger. To follow her real passion, she became self-employed as a systemic business coach in 2018.
Given her own background as a long-standing senior manager, she is a passionate mentor for female leaders.
