David look sat the Feed, Need, Seed, Weed model for providing feedback. This is driven by four (and a half) questions:
1. Feed - What is working and why?
2. Need - Where do we need to be in the future?
3. Seed - What should we do to get there?
4. Weed - Is there anything we should stop doing to ensure success?

If you do the first three well, you might not even need the last question
