When you observe a client/animal you see what is going on at the surface. Things can look so calm. It is below the surface where things start to get interesting. How do you see/feel/hear/notice what is going on below the surface. Like the duck swimming in the water. On top everything looks so calm but under the water their legs are paddling away. Do you see something and then automatically assume you know what else is going on. You put your belief into a box and sometimes that can limit your ability to find out more information and limit your treating ability. Listen along to find out how we find more than what is on the surface.
