Description

Writer and art therapist, Kyra Hall-Gelly talks about the adventure drama Embrace of the Serpent with Luke and Hamza(@instahamz). The Amazonian jungle is the backdrop of a story about Gods, lost cultures and preserving knowledge. Director Ciro Guerra uses the inspiration of explorers Theodor Koch-Grunberg and Richard Evans Schultes, to weave  a tale about a shaman's journey through life.

We talk the knowledge of the body in art therapy, the tensions of colonialism and preserving culture.
