Warren Schutz has made wine for Coeur d'Alene Cellars off and on for almost 20 years! He is family at this point. He works on a consultant basis - assisting with harvest, long term planning, vineyard management, lab work, and blending.
Devin Simons manages the tasting room and oversees routine winemaking operations. He helps with racking, topping, blending, and all things harvest. He also cleans - a lot! He has made wine in Australia and Italy and has a fantastic palette.
