Today Pat, Dave, and Shane talk about how to navigate through a workout and a week and the intensity that you should be bringing fourth. We all want to move fast and hard all the time but for most of us that is not going to get us to the goal that we are looking for.
Making sure you are moving well and being consistent inside of a workout is great but you also have to make sure your are not breaking your soul everyday. If you choose to do that the exact opposite of what you want your goal to be might end up being not what you have been working for at all.
