A lot of any setback is about mindset. How are you going to mentally get through a week, month, year, and still be strong physically and mentally on the other side.
Sometimes it's an injury, or work, or family. Regardless, as coaches we are here to guide you and help you in any way that you need or that we can help. All you need to do is ask.
