Pat, Dave, and Shane have a deep discussion about understanding what you are worth.  No, not on a monetary level but on a personal level.  What are you willing to do for yourself to build your self worth and your love for yourself.

It is so easy to shrug things off for yourself because a lot of people ask them selves if they are worth the money to better them selves. That is including gym time, good quality food, and even sleep. Are you willing to benefit yourself in sleep to make yourself feel better?

The boys all struggle with that from time to time but are constantly working on that from reading, meditation, or quality time in the kitchen.  Enjoy.
