What is your morning routine, and is it good for you?
Regardless if it is a 10min routine or preferably a 30-60min routine what works best for you is going to be the best as long as it prepares you mentally and/or physically for your day.
If the first 15 minutes of your day is nothing but running and chaos, you may want to reconsider some things.
If you can get up in the morning and relax (whatever that is for you) and calmly leave the house to wherever you are going than you are in a good place.
It takes practice and if you can take the time it is a brain saver.
