A bodybuilding show, a marathon, either take a lot of discipline and time. But what do you do when you are done? How do you handle yourself, how do you change your workout regimen, what is your new normal?

Pushing yourself is a good thing but your body can take so much, you need to know when to slowdown and/or to stop. Good thing you have three really smart guys here to make you better at adapting at your fitness goals.
