Your Apple Watch, your scale, your FitBit, your Whoop Strap, your MyZone Heart Rate Monitor, your scale, your InBody results, your 5k time, your back squat max…

 We can measure so many things, and many of these measures have value if we are using them to work toward a specific goal.

 That’s just it, things like your sleep, heart rate, recovery, and work output only have value if you use the information you are receiving.
