In this episode, we head to the First Responders appreciation dinner to hear from members of the Meridian Volunteer Fire Department and many other. North Bosque EMS, Sheriff Anthony Malott, and other departments weigh in on the importance of the event. We also talked to many first responders on-scene at the 9-11 Tribute held at the Bosque County Courthouse. Area departments were represented with trucks accompanied by a tribute to firefighters, prayers and more organized by county officials. We asked where they were when the first tower was struck, and why keeping the tradition going is important to the community.
