We are finally here! Episode 100 and I’m joined by the greatest man in the world, my dad! When I heard my podcast idol have his dad on his 100th episode it was so special I knew I wanted to do the same. What I didn’t realize is how hard it would be to wait 100 episodes to have him on! But the wait was well worth it and we were able to have an amazing conversation as our first of many! We walk through Ingo’s upbringing on the farm, pursuing his electricians ticket, making the jump to the fuel business, having/raising kids and even a bit of what it’s like to lose a parent. This conversation means a ton to me and I’m very thankful I get to share it with all of you, but I’m even more thankful that no matter what happens from here on out a small piece of Ingo’s greatness will be preserved forever and that gives me a peace I cannot even explain. I love this life, it’s wild and wonky and makes no sense sometimes but damn is it ever beautiful!
