We are finally back with a new guest! One of my best childhood friends Jayde O'Keefe joined me for an amazing conversation and it was so nice to catch up after a few years of separate paths. I had forgotten how similar we are and so many times throughout our chat it felt like Jayde was describing me instead of her! We chatted a lot about personal growth, mental health, podcasts, big life changes and so much more. Jayde is one of the most beautiful and kind people I have ever met and I’m so excited for you all to meet her if you haven’t or to catch up with her life if you have!
