Joining the podcast today is my cousin Katrina Demers. Growing up with a 6-10 year difference between me and all my cousins in our extremely close family provided a unique opportunity to get to know them anew as adults. Knowing this going into the podcast I was still blown away by the degree to which Katrina has grown and matured way beyond her years. Listening to our conversation I could have been conversing with a wizened old yogi instead of the youthful energetic ass-kicker across from me. I was always amazed and maybe a bit intimidated by Katrina's confident demeanor, but this conversation allowed more incite and reasoning for where a lot of it stemmed from and I left it being even more impressed on so many more levels.
