Confession Time: Neither one of us know a lot about the equine muscular system, or how to identify trigger points in our horses. Luckily Lacy with Dark Horse Yoga Studio does. Lacy emphasizes the importance of balance for BOTH the horse and the rider. If one is off, so is the other, and problems ensue.
Our conversation of balance for horse and rider parallels nicely with our discussion about authentic marketing. The bottom line -> service overselling wins every time just like showing up as your best for your horse is the most important thing you can do as an equestrian.
Lacy is real, honest, and loves to laugh. She was a joy to have on the podcast, and we hope you enjoy her as much as we did!
Podcasts will be going live the first and third Fridays of the month.
