Description

Now, in this podcast I talk about learning opportunities that one can do after a health situation, as I think this helps enhance ones' self esteem, and gives one a focus in their life, even if the learning opportunity isn't for one, it is nice to try new activities in life, as it helps one' understand what one likes to do in life and what one maybe doesn't like for their life at the current time.

Moreover, the track in this podcast comes from epidemic sound, and is entitled 'Like a song from yesterday' by the artist 'Wendy Marcini'.
