Now, this podcast is about settling realistic goals & setting goals that is more manageable for oneself, as well as not burdening oneself with too many goals at one time.
Also, in this podcast I speak about a technique when setting goals, which I learnt from a cognitive behavioural therapy book, called 'The CBT Workbook' by Dr Stephanie Fitzgerald (Clinical Psychologist).
Besides this, the musical track I included with the podcast, is from Epidemic sound; and by an artist/composer called Gavin Luke and the track is entitled 'delicate transactions' which I believe goes perfectly with my podcast series.
