Trystan Bevan has over 20 years of experience in strength and condition at the highest professional level. Trystan is a former coach for the Wales Rugby union side and was Head of Performance for both Wasps and Cardiff Blues. He is also the author of โ€œTrack Record, the autobiography of UK Olympic Champion Darren Campbell which is due out later this year and is also the co-founder of Tech start-up and online fitness community - myfinishline.co.uk.ย
