I sat down with self taught cake artist Tarissa, and owner of the newly founded cake business, Layered by Rissa, to discuss the challenges we face within when it comes to self-doubt and pursuing our goals. The beginning of anything may look uncertain and it’s always difficult venturing into the unknown, but it’s important to take a leap of faith. In this episode we share our stories and opinions of how to navigate the daunting subconscious thought that is our inner critic which holds us back, and how to hold tight to the positive affirmations which can bring us through.
