•   As an associate attorney I defend clients facing both misdemeanor and felony charges by drafting motions, mitigation packets, and trial briefs. With my position I am responsible for consulting and advising clients on the best tactics to achieve a fair and jut outcome given the circumstances. 

•  Daily duties included daily court appearances, developing good relationships with the District Attorneys, advocating on my clients’ behalf, conducting careful legal research, and keeping abreast of changes in the law.
