Global Birding
Ingredients
½ cup lemonade
¼ cup ginger beer
1 oz rum
splash Blue Curacao
1 Tb Grenadine
Ice
lemon
(Mocktail adaptation: leave out the rum, use Monin Blue Curacao which is non-alcoholic)
Directions
1. Fill rocks glass with ice
2. Pour in lemonade, blue curacao, and ginger beer
3. Carefully pour in grenadine so it sinks to the bottom
4. Garnish with a lemon slice
