Offseason has come to an end and prep is here!
For the past 7-8 months I have been in a building and growth phase, in this week's episode I reflect on this time and reveal what my plans are as I move into the next phase .. prep!

- What my current weaknesses are and how I am going to overcome them.
This is a pivotal episode as I transition from one phase to the next, this is what I love about this sport, there is always a new chapter with new lessons, highs, lows and opportunities.
