Join Life Coach Nandi Camille as she unpacks how we can start to use our bodies as a mindfulness and decision making tool. Did you know that your body is unbiased? Tune in and learn how you can mindfully listen to your body. 

Heck Yes Test:

  1. Think about something that you love
  2. How does it make you feel? What do you notice in your body?  
  3. Take notes: What is your heck yes? How does it make you feel? 
  4. Think about something you detest
  5. How does it make you feel? What do you notice in your body?  
  6. Take notes: What is your heck no? How does it make you feel? 

Notice how your body "talks" when people ask you questions or you are invited to an event or given an opportunity. Does your body say heck yes or heck no? Get curious either way! 

Try it out! See what happens when you listen to your body and only say yes to things your body says yes to and say no to anything your body says no to. Try this exercise for one hour, one day, one weekend, one week...your choice!
