In this episode, I unpack three ways to unravel overwhelm and take your power back so you don't burn yourself out...

1. CHECK-IN | PAUSE | WHAT IS HAPPENING? 
Notice the emotional feelings and the bodily cues that happen when you are feeling. See if you can write down any thoughts - getting them out of your head and onto paper (or in the notes section of your phone). If you can, from there, plan out what you have written down. When are you going to do it? Decide and follow through. 

2. CHANNEL IT | CAPTURE IT
Instead of wallowing in your energy of overwhelm, how might you use it to serve you or your audience? Be honest about how you are feeling? If you are a writer or blogger, take down your thoughts about how your are feeling. If you are an entrepreneur, can you share your vulnerable self in a way that empowers others in a behind-the-scenes

3. IDENTIFY YOUR HEADLINE BELIEF
What are you believing about yourself? Your business? Your work? Your life? What are you thinking about what is going on...those thoughts are influencing the way you feel right now. 

*Research Boss Tip: When doing "research" on social media BE SPECIFIC. Are you looking for caption ideas, grid layout, filter inspo, reels music? BE SPECIFIC - FIND IT - GET OFF.
