In this episode, I take you through the process that I take myself and my clients through when we feel like a failure.
1. Remember that Life is 50/50. Crappy moments are a part of the human experience. It's OKAY to feel like you failed.
2. Give your brain the mic and ask it: WHY do I feel like a failure right now?
*What does your brain say? What went wrong? What was the expectation that was not met?
3. Then, ask yourself...What would I like to do now?
*Knowing that I am still 100% on track to success as I see it/my goal
4. Remind yourself that FAILURE MEANS YOU SHOWED.
*Do not use your failure against you. Use it FOR you. You showed up! Go you!
*Notice/choose thoughts that serve you: I did it! I'm on my way!
5. Reflect & Journal: What might I do next time?
6. Remember how powerful you are, shake it off and decide on what inspired action you are GOING TO take next
