This episode comes in two parts. In the first part, I take you through a quick breathing exercise in which we come into our bodies and the present moment, offering gratitude. Get comfortable wherever you are and get ready to release!

In the second part (skip forward 15 minutes) we talk through a series of questions to help you regroup and re-establish your goals and perspective. In other words, these series of questions are meant to have your spiral up!
