Welcome back to another episode of All Good in The Sisterhood.

On this week's episode we have an incredible woman, who is also a member of my Sisterhood Community.   Her name is Jasmin Wallace.

I am so happy that Jasmin approached me to open up about her miscarriage experience this year as it is something that 1 in 4 women go through, yet it can be a subject that is not openly spoken about as much as it should be.

We chat through her pregnancy and miscarriage experience and Jasmin brings up some really interesting and thought provoking points.  I listened to her in awe and found what she said to be both heartbreaking but also truly inspiring.

Sometimes, we cannot draw positives from our experiences but I think Jasmin has done something really positive in this episode by opening up and encouraging others to do the same.
