In this episode I am joined by Yasmin Farasat - a professionally trained dancer and fully qualified Personal Trainer based in Central London. 

Yaz chats us through her journey from the end of dance college, where she hit her own 'rock bottom'.   Feeling depressed and aimless, Yaz talks us through the small steps she took that put her on the path to a more confident, empowered version of herself!

Yaz speaks beautifully about the way Fitness (weight lifting in particular) can make us feel stronger both physically and mentally.
