Before this episode was recorded, Tom and I took a break from recording consistently. We had gotten into a good groove, it was distracting us from all the craziness in the world, and it became a pretty routine thing. Then, we just stopped. We did a film project, we got wrapped up in this big thing called life, and fell into old feelings that this virus had exacerbated; depression and anxiety.

One thing that too many don't talk about is mental health. Given the realm of things happening now in this hellish 2020, it can only make things harder for everyone. We thought we were immune, but everyone has a breaking point. Through this sit down, we learned that it is vastly helpful to talk about it or to reach out to someone. That being said, as our listeners, feel free to reach out to us on our social media pages or wherever you can to talk, vent, or whatever! Thanks again for listening guys!
