So many times today - I laughed. Mostly at myself - which I find it a heck of lot better than beating myself up. There are so many great things that laughter does for us, from our health, to our relationships, and much more. Try it - find some funny movies or television shows - go out with friends and have fun - anything you can do to help get you laughing. It's worth it - and it's good for you! Try it.
