A few ingredients into this "success stew" - Passion, purpose & relationships. First of all - saying "see you later" to Dr. Jeff Lip - as he ventures off to a new pathway in his counseling career. We had a get together for him on Friday, for me .. not saying goodbye.. but saying "see you later". Monday will sure different at school without my good friend. But relationships - all of them.. especially work ones, have to have some effort and work that go into them. Especially when purpose and passion connect with them... shared visions are so powerful.
