Had to get out of the house for a few minutes & I decided to record this podcast in the rolling studio - my car - to change it up a bit. This has been on my heart and I had to get it out to you. Yesterday especially, but really it's been all week. I've gotten such the pick me up from my students and the work / comments they are turning in as we are running school totally online for the foreseeable future. It's like I'm one of the students and plenty of my regular students have become the teacher! This life-long learning mindset has taken front stage for me now. I'm always looking to learn things, and I do typically learn things from my students all the time. I guess since the circumstances are so strange, being shut in at home - the value of my interaction with my students has multiplied a hundred time over. I am getting inspired by plenty of what my students are sharing with me and I'm full of gratitude toward them too. Find those things that you can learn from. Books, podcasts, etc.... the good stuff that makes you better. Not the stuff that drags you down one rabbit hole being negative and not growing - not improving. Keep being a student yourself!
