Had to share this wonderful example of encouragement - something we all need and we all need to give to others too. My friend Sandy reached out to me a couple of days ago, just checking in to see how I was doing since she has not seen me do a Facebook live in a while. I was blown away from her reaching out to me & I was very appreciative of her doing this. She mentioned after I messaged her back to thank her - she said she usually doesn't really reach out to many people online like that... but she felt compelled to let me know.
