If we are going to lead effectively, in the way that God instructs us to then we must be mindful that other people have more going on in their day than following our instructions.
We need to learn to not only develop rhythms in our life to help us be productive but understand that others are doing the same.
If we fail to do this we will not develop trust and create an environment of cynicism.
