Juggling responsibilities while trying to find time for relaxation seems impossible. However, with a mindful approach, it is possible to find a healthy balance that works for you.
A healthy mindset is all about creating balance. You need to focus on your physical, mental, and emotional health. When you are physically healthy, you have the energy and strength to pursue your goals. When you are mentally healthy, you have the clarity and focus on achieving your dreams. When you are emotionally healthy, you have the courage and confidence to live your life to the fullest.
David Allen, one of the current top productivity gurus, said, “If you don't pay appropriate attention to what has your attention, it will take more of your attention than it deserves” (Allen, 2022).

What goals did you make relating to sports?
What goals are specifically personal goals unrelated to these three areas?
What responsibilities do you have outside of your goals?
