We also discuss why at this time (summer 2020) in particular, it is more important than ever for your emotional, mental and physical health as a leader to spend some time reflecting on your strengths, values, and passion--the three elements of purpose.
By the end of this episode, you'll have a more practical definition of living with purpose, steps to take to help you do that in your life right now, and an understanding of how doing so can help reduce stress and guide your decisions during challenging times.
