Our guest, Beth Baker, is the kind of person that can energize you and brighten your day just by listening to her. Her personality and her laugh are infectious.  

She has built a magnetic community and business around an activity that a good portion of our population hates to do…run.

 Beth is a certified running coach that knows how bad running sucks…until it doesn’t. After overcoming her own fear of running, she’s gone on to personally coach 2500 non-runners to run distances from 5k to marathons and get featured in Runner’s World Magazine. In addition to her passion for running, she loves tacos, beer, and hosting her podcast, Why We Run.

 But our conversation wasn't just about fun.  It was filled with a ton of insights that you can learn from, even if you still hate running.
