I confess to being a little star-struck this week on Harmonious World. I interviewed a hero of mine - sax player Ernie Watts.
You may not be familiar with Ernie's name, but you will certainly have heard his playing: the man's discography is extraordinary. His latest album - Home Light - came out in 2018 and features his quartet. It's a great jazz album, and I had to finish our conversation with the end of the title track. You'll hear why.
Many thanks to Ernie for allowing me to feature clips from his albums alongside our conversation.

Don't forget the Quincy Jones quote that sums up why I do this: "Imagine what a harmonious world it would be if every single person, both young and old, shared a little of what he is good at doing."
