WHAT MAKES A GOOD MORNING ROUTINE?

 A morning routine is a series of daily habits that you purposely build into the start of your day so that you have more grace and ease. It puts you in the right frame of mind to better handle expected and unexpected events. 

It's your “me” time. Nuff said.

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:

It's a process. Be gentle on yourself until you find your right blend.

Great mornings start the night before. Getting adequate sleep, planning the night before and making a list are all parts to morning routine success.

It respects your individuality.

Decide how much time you will spend to make this happen. Can you spend 60 minutes? Then work out how much time you'll have for each key area.  Remember, each key area doesn't have to require an equal amount of time.

WHAT ARE THE BUILDING BLOCKS OF A MORNING ROUTINE?

It's not a hard and fast rule, but you can include self care, nourishment, spirituality, nature and productivity activities into your routine.
