No, this episode won’t solve all your meal prepping woes but, it’s a pretty cool place to start. 

Remember, learning meal prepping basics is both a skill and a commitment to value what you eat (whole, nutrient dense foods vs. processed calorie dense foods) over what your taste buds may be craving for at the moment. But, that doesn’t mean that you won’t enjoy using these tips as a starting point.
