In the 1st episode of season 2 we sit down with Stephane Cazeault, a strength and conditioning coach from Montreal who has trained professional athletes from the NFL, NHL, and Baseball leagues. He was also at one point the head of strength and conditioning at the Poliquin group and now owns his own facility.

Throughout the discussion we talk very general about training and periodisation and then into the coaches journey and mindset in the industry, how we find ourselves lost and distracted and how we need to focus.
